HX Antarctica offer fares by season

The lowest offer fare we found for each HX voyage in each season, with the departure it applies to and what it would usually cost. Most voyages have several departures, and the other dates are usually only a few hundred pounds more, so do ask about the dates that suit you. Follow the link to see every date for that voyage.

Fares per person, two sharing the lowest grade of cabin available on 23 October 2026, taken from HX Expeditions' UK website. HX use flexible pricing, so fares move with demand and can change daily. HX fares start in Buenos Aires (Santiago for most MS Fram voyages, and Valparaíso for the Patagonia voyage) and include a hotel night and the flights to and from the ship; international flights from the UK are extra, and we can add them for you. HX now sail the 12 March 2027 Punta Arenas departure as an 18 day voyage to Montevideo, taking in South Georgia and the Falklands.

Antarctica for solo travellers

Plenty of people travel to Antarctica on their own, and an expedition ship is one of the easiest places to do it. You share Zodiac landings, lectures in the Science Center and meals with people who are as excited about penguins as you are, and there is no pressure to join in when you would rather sit with a book in the Explorer Lounge and watch the ice go by. HX’s recent solo offer has now closed, but solo cabins are available on every HX voyage and the fare depends on the date and cabin, so call us and we will find the best solo price for your dates. With Aurora Expeditions you can travel alone with no single supplement at all in their dedicated solo cabins, as explained in the Aurora section below.

Aurora Antarctica offers: Stop Saying Someday

Aurora Expeditions are running their Stop Saying Someday sale for a limited time, with savings of up to 35% on selected voyages around the world. On the Antarctic departures we can see today, the savings range from 10% to 25%, and they are already included in these fares. Each Aurora fare includes premium drinks throughout the voyage, a polar jacket to keep and every landing and Zodiac cruise. Below is the lowest current fare on each Aurora voyage, with the departure it applies to. Follow the link for every date.

Solo travellers and returning guests

Aurora hold up to ten dedicated solo cabins on every sailing with no single supplement, and the Solo column on each voyage page shows the price. If those have gone, or you would like a different grade, any other available stateroom can be booked for sole use with a 50% supplement. Guests who have sailed with Aurora before join their loyalty programme automatically: Bronze, Silver and Gold members get an extra 5% off on top of other offers, together with onboard credit and, at Silver and Gold, a guaranteed minimum saving of 15% and a free upgrade when one is available.
